This is an understanding by doing business with us you are fully aware and consent to the following:
That unless stated verbally or written otherwise in text/email/ phone call or by receipt by the owner Myra Turner of Khaosphotography that the payment will be due in full before any pictures are released and within the first week after the photos are taken by Myra.
That if the payment is not paid within the first week there will be late penalties for every week that the payment is late after that first week.
Your payment will increase every week when you have the invoice sent to you. That increase will be by $20 every week you are late with paying and as stated prior you will receive no photos until the payment is made in full.
That there is a fee that will be discussed that is due right away to ensure your booking slot. This fee is the Travel fee that will be quoted during discussion of your booking, unless discussed and agreed upon otherwise.
If there is an agreement stating otherwise like a payment plan, you will be responsible for making the agreed upon payments on each agreed upon payment periods that will be set out in writing and signed by both parties.
That agreeing to this also means that if you are late with the payments there will be late fees after the first week that you are late, that every missed invoice means a penalty fee of $20.
In regards to studio bookings, that the client will be paying the studio fee as well as the travel fee when booking, That if you book the studio and back out less than the aloted time that you will be fined by the studio for cancelling usually 24 to 48 hours that the studio fee will NOT be refunded in full under any circumstance.
you MUST cancel studio bookings at least 48 hours in advance unless its an emergency and as stated above it WILL not fully be refunded what will be refunded is whatever is left after dealing with the studio fee for cancelling to late if there is one.
For cancellation of the photographer if it is at least 24 hours before there will be no fee, but if it less than that the travel fee you used to book with will not be refunded,
For divorces there will be no refunds on the wedding photos or engagement photos.
For the other parties knowledge that there will be no "raw" or "original" photos given only the edits that are made by Myra of khaosphotography,
that if you are unhappy with your photos there will be no refund but there may be other options available to you such as a reshoot of the photos if possible or re-editing the photos. With understanding that the client would have to provide reasonable explanation as to what made them unhappy about the photos so that Myra of khaosphotography will be able to amend the issue if at all possible.
That we do not do rush jobs. This means that even if you have an event that you need the photos for the pictures will be ready when they are ready. Myra of khaosphotography will give periodic updates when they are available as to how the editing is going and how much longer it should be.

if you hire Myra of khaosphotography make try your best to cooperate with the photographer as she is there to capture your memories of your event, and only wants to do her job. Please ensure that no one is intentionally in the way, or making it harder for the photographer to do her job.
She is allowed to refuse service and leave if behavior like this or the following occurs:
any violence or slurs towards her
any drunken advances or advances generally speaking
no harassment of any kind basically
if any of this happens then she can leave but it is up to her discretion.
There is the exception of kids, they can be unruly and it is understandable and expected that there can be complication and she will do her best to work with this and in some cases if its too much for the kids in cases where we can reschedule, we will to make everything as easy and fun as possible for everyone,
That it is up to the other party who hired Myra of khaosphotography to have her upload their photos to the Khaosphotography website to her portfolio.
Though it would be much appreciated and only used for advertising purposes it is completely up to the discretion of the other party.
This has to be agreed upon once the job is complete or at any time if the other party so desires.
Sign this contract if you understood the above content and this will have to be signed before any work will be done between photographer and client,
This contract can be printed out by either parties but must be signed by the clients.
Or it can be emailed to Khaosphotographycanada@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the booking.
